Bill Hutchinson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dunhill Partners, which he established in 1984. Over more than four decades, he has led the firm’s growth into a nationally active commercial real estate investment company, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, capital strategy, and the long-term direction of the portfolio. Under his leadership, Dunhill Partners has completed more than $5 billion in transactions and acquired more than 50 million square feet of retail properties. Bill continues to lead the firm with a focus on disciplined acquisitions, operational performance, and long-term value creation for its investors.

Mark Hutchinson is Executive Vice President of Dunhill Partners. He has been working for more than 4 decades leasing, selling, buying, managing and investing in commercial real estate. Mr. Hutchinson acts as general partner, investment manager, leasing strategist, asset and management director, investor relations and lender relations for neighborhood and community shopping centers across the Western states. Mark sources opportunities, oversees risk management, compliance and documentation. He assists in fund raising, quarterly reporting, contract and lease review and overall management of the company.

Ron Rohde serves as General Counsel for Dunhill Partners, advising the firm on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, entity and partnership structuring, and other legal matters across its portfolio. Ron previously served as general counsel for a regional private equity real estate development firm, overseeing over $1 billion in projects. He earned his B.A. from Cornell University and J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and is licensed to practice in Texas and Florida.

Ethan is the Chief Investment Officer of Dunhill Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and oversees acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and capital markets activities across the portfolio. With more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience, Ethan brings a diverse background spanning principal investment, asset management, valuation, transaction execution, and property-level operations. His experience across multiple disciplines provides a comprehensive perspective on evaluating opportunities, structuring transactions, managing risk, and creating value throughout the investment lifecycle. Ethan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.
