Bill Hutchinson is the Founder and President of Dunhill Partners, a Dallas-based Commercial Real Estate company with over 4.5 million square feet of investments, spanning from Texas to Hawaii. Upon receiving his B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University, Bill began his professional career as a real estate broker. He then worked his way to the top, owning one of the 100 largest retail real estate companies in the United States. Bill Hutchinson is a man of many interests, passions and talents, including his former role as a drummer in a rock band!
Andy Crosland serves as the Executive Vice President of Dunhill Partners. Mr. Crosland’s responsibilities include Director of Leasing, Acquisitions, and Development. With his strong relationships in the brokerage and development community, Mr. Crosland is more than enabled to successfully execute transactions on behalf of Dunhill Partners. Before spending time as a kicker in the NFL, Mr. Crosland received his B.B.A while playing football for The University of Miami. Andy now resides in his hometown of Dallas with his wife and two children.
Tim Denker received his B.S. from Oklahoma State University and J.D. from the University of Houston. Serving as the Vice President, General Counsel, and in-house attorney of Dunhill Partners, Inc. and its affiliates. Mr. Denker’s primary responsibilities include overall responsibility for monitoring and improving the operational and financial performance of Dunhill’s existing commercial real estate holdings; oversight of all personnel in the company; managing operational aspects of transactions; and developing and implementing strategic objectives for the company, in coordination with the other members of the executive team. When Tim is not overseeing the day-to-day operations, he can be found traveling or staying involved and active in the Dallas community.
Ginnie McCorkle joined Dunhill Partners in 2002. Ginnie has extensive experience in real estate finance, asset management, due diligence, and investor relations. She currently serves as Managing Director and is responsible for guiding Dunhill’s acquisition and disposition team and helping to shape Dunhill’s ongoing strategy.Ginnie has earned both a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Masters in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University. When not at Dunhill, she enjoys cheering on her two children at their numerous activities.
Born and raised in Dallas, Nelson Billups has been a Partner with Dunhill Partners since 1981. Prior to joining the company, Nelson gained commercial real estate experience in sales management roles, negotiating long term leases and real estate acquisitions. Mr. Billups is known professionally for seeking out opportunities that are used to build additional value and cash flow for themselves as well as investors. A trusted team player and problem solver, Nelson has a passion for detail, client relationships, and purchasing deals that produce incredible returns on equity for their partnerships. Mr. Billups is devoted to contributing to the community, plus volunteering for the Homeless Shelter and related charities that strive to help people rebuild their lives. Nelson’s favorite way to spend the weekend is with his family by the water; either at their second home on the Texas Gulf Coast or at a lake in North Texas.
Alan Mann brought his experience and expertise in the area of brokerage and acquisitions of income properties to Dunhill Partners in 1988. Since that time Mr. Mann has specialized in the sale/turnaround of commercial properties primarily in Texas and Oklahoma. When he’s not busy working, Mr. Mann enjoys spending his free time with his wife and kids, as well as family friends.
