Team up to paint The Dallas Design District red

[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type="transparent" down="10"][vc_column_text]If you’re an artist, foodie, fashionista, or play in the creative arena in Dallas, you know that the Dallas Design District is fast becoming the coolest emerging scene to fuel your entrepreneurial savvy and social flow. You’ll need to know this too – that the scene will get an even cooler vibe with the coming 2018 addition of a bright new beacon in the heart of the District - Virgin Hotels Dallas. The Dallas Design District, acquired by Dunhill Partners in 2014, was primed to bring-in an alternative boutique hotel to reflect the neighborhood and enhance continued growth. Florida-based Virgin Group’s Virgin Hotels brand fits right into the district with plans for luxury suites, restaurants and bar areas, as well as a rooftop terrace with a pool, spa and gym. The hotel will also include numerous meeting spaces.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type="transparent" down="25"][vc_separator type="transparent" up="3" down="0"][vc_column_text]Dunhill Partners, which bought 33 acres and about 700,000 square feet of buildings in the district in 2014, will develop the hotel together with Vinculum Partners, and the Crosland Group. Virgin aims to “wake up the world” with smarter alternatives for travelers. Nothing boring. No nickel and diming. No ignoring basic comforts. Disruptor brand in a neighborhood all about disruption. Cheeky, that![/vc_column_text][vc_separator type="transparent" down="150"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="15949" img_size="full" alignment="center" qode_css_animation=""][/vc_column][/vc_row]
